JC: Going back to animals what about the rabbits? I used to work at a butcher called Wards and it was my job to skin rabbits. They were 5p skinned and 6p un-skinned. Skinning a rabbit was easy, it was like taking somebody's over coat off and then very often the people who were buying it wouldn't want the head but it was one of the sweetest things you could eat (Yuck) We used to boil the heads and get a pin and suck out the eyes and the brain.
