The gigs that were did were great in that there would be 100's of people. When I was a kid and I went to see bands I had this real feeling that I wanted to be moved or shifted and that is all I want. Achieving that for me was always a highlight. Having that circle of communication where you are putting something out and a crowd is getting into it so that much they are giving something back, that feeds you to put more out. That is what I got from bands when I was a kid. That is what took me from being a weird fucked up kid in school to being strong and confident and believing in myself and my friends. That is what I always aspire to musically. I also aspired to making something that made a difference at that time. I would rather fall on my arse than be boring.
