I used to go up with my mother on a Saturday, I would get dragged in you know, because I was the eldest. I used to take her out. She was a widow, my mother. She was a widow twice really because my own father died in the first war. He was torpedoed and caught pneumonia. Well then she married again and had 4 more children by him. There is only one of them left now and she lives in the back of summer's the Funeral home in Roath. I had my husband taken there. Anyway she lives at the back of them. She has got a shop.
